Overview of the housekeeping role:

-Maintain the hotel:

rooms AND building/all public areas, to ensure a safe and clean environment for guests.

-Group effort:

The job does not stop when you are done with your rooms. We are here for each other! We help each other & make sure that all rooms can be rented. (there is no 'I' in team)

-Punctuality is a must

-Understanding:

Hospitality is more than customer service. Its attitude and how we present ourselves to others. Guests and coworkers alike. We are professional, welcoming, courteous & caring... we are hospitable.

Qualifications

Proven experience in housekeeping and custodial roles, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment Strong cleaning and floor care skills Excellent customer service abilities Familiarity with janitorial practices and industrial cleaning techniques Ability to manage housekeeping tasks efficiently and effectively Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
