We are currently seeking a
part-time Housekeeper/cleaning professional
who will be responsible for cleaning and preparing our cabins, banquet facilities and property for guest use. Sundays are required unless approved for time off in advance.

Essential Functions/Tasks:
Polietely greet all guests that you meet. Assist guests with any special needs, and always make guest the 1st priority.
Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks, use of products or supplies and incident reporting.
Identify potential safety or maintenance issues and communicate them to the General Manager.
Washing, drying and folding of all laundry
Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, walls, etc.
Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilet, bathtub and shower, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, etc.
Change bed linens and make beds
Replenish supplies in kitchen and bathrooms
Sweep, mop, vacuum and/or hand scrub floors using brooms, mops and vacuum cleaners
Move furniture and appliances to clean behind and under
Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas
Wipe down walls and woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, ceiling fans and lights, lamps, etc.
Wash windows
Handle special requests for customers as appropriate
Maintain hot tubs, changing filters and water when necessary. Treat with approved hot tub chemicals to maintain correct water safety levels. Test and record chemical levels and hot tub maintenance
Maintain grounds, landscaping, grills, fire pits and outdoor decks
Remove all debris from parking areas and exterior of cabins
Maintain firewood supply and deliver firewood orders to cabins
Remove snow and ice from entrances and parking lot area during appropriate seasons
Arrive to work at the scheduled time, perform services to established standards and ensure the unit is locked and secured when you finish and leave
Attend all department meetings
Work Environment
Physical demands include walking and standing, climbing, bending, kneeling to clean floors by hand, pushing and pulling objects (including furniture and appliances), lifting and moving objects, repetitive bending and lifting, and repetitive arm movements. Ability to lift 50 pounds, reach, stoop, stand and walk continuously, climb stairs and ladders, push or pull heavy equipment
Maintain a high level of quality, service, and cleanliness
Operating truck and other grounds equipment when needed

Guest satisfaction levels based on a survey and guest feedback
Quality assurance scores based on manager surveys
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
