Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Provide exceptional service to guests by responding promptly to requests for assistance or additional supplies.

Experience

Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and janitorial practices is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
