Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, hallways, and service spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Ensure all surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and appliances are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained to meet health standards Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, waxing, or polishing to keep them spotless and safe Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction Follow established procedures for waste disposal and linen handling to promote hygiene and efficiency Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution Adhere to all safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to maintain a safe working environment Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with guests or residents

Experience

Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality environments is highly preferred Familiarity with cleaning techniques including floor care (mopping, waxing, polishing) and surface sanitation Experience in hotel housekeeping or residential cleaning roles is advantageous Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus Strong understanding of custodial practices and safety procedures in a commercial or hospitality setting Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Leadership experience in housekeeping management is beneficial but not required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
