What You'll Do

Keep guest rooms spotless, comfortable, and welcoming -- following brand and company cleanliness standards. Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, sweeping, and sanitizing all surfaces. Move small furniture to clean underneath and behind -- no dust bunny left behind! Replenish amenities like soaps, towels, and paper products to keep rooms fully stocked. Support laundry operations as needed. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly. Collect and dispose of trash and debris properly. Ensure all assigned rooms meet cleanliness metrics and quality checks. Participate in team meetings, sharing ideas to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction. Contribute to a positive, supportive team environment -- because teamwork makes everything better.

What You Bring

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (hotel experience a plus!) A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in your work Friendly, positive attitude and great customer service skills Ability to understand cleaning product labels and follow safety instructions Willingness to work weekends or overtime when needed Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs, and handle repetitive tasks like bending or reaching High school diploma or GED preferred
