Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of our guest rooms.This role is vital to providing exceptional service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in hospitality. Prior experience in cleaning, floor care, or hospitality is highly valued but no necessary. We will train.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms. Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products as needed Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free of dust, dirt, and debris Handle special cleaning projects including deep cleans and industrial cleaning tasks Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms and other high-touch areas Follow safety procedures and use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment properly Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain high standards of cleanliness Prior hotel experience or familiarity with hospitality industry standards is desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $14.25 per hour
