Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This role is essential in upholding the highest standards of hygiene and presentation, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our clientele.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas. Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues to management. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitation to ensure compliance with health standards. Assist in special cleaning projects as required or directed by management. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.

Skills

Proven experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation. Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is a plus. Background in hospitality or hotel housekeeping management is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with an ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Good communication skills to interact positively with guests and staff.

Pay: $22.00 - $23.15 per hour
