Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting. Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding linens and towels to support overall hygiene standards. Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and supplies in guest rooms and public areas to enhance guest comfort. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations and hotel policies. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold property standards. Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment to maintain efficiency and readiness. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service that exceeds guest expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles; hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care (e.g., carpet cleaning, polishing), sanitation practices, and industrial cleaning methods. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods. Familiarity with housekeeping management systems or procedures is a plus.
