Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces. This role is essential in providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. Previous experience in cleaning or hospitality is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals committed to high standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational facilities Handle floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to ensure optimal appearance and hygiene Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials as needed Follow established safety procedures and use cleaning equipment properly to prevent accidents or damage Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned

Experience

Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable Experience with floor care techniques and industrial or hotel cleaning is a plus Knowledge of custodial practices and housekeeping management is beneficial but not required Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 - 32.0 per week
