I have a few locations that need cleaned

You must have a reliable car

I NEED SOMEONE THAY CAN START ASAP

DO NOT CONTACT IF YOU DON'T HAVE A RELIABLE CAR

As it's about 20 hours of cleaning a week and about 5-7 hours of driving

So about 25-27 hours per week

Cleaning MUST happen during day

Pay is $2200 a month 1099 This includes covering gas and car

Locations are here -MUST be able to take all of them

BRIDGETON 3 X Week

BRIDGETON 1x week

CREVE COEUR 3 X Week

FERGUSON 2 X week

FLORISSANT 1x week

SAINT CHARLES 2 X week

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational facilities by sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, and restocking supplies. Care for floors using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment to keep surfaces spotless and safe for guests and staff alike. Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Follow established safety procedures during cleaning tasks and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly to maintain a safe environment for all. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold property standards. Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing when needed. Support housekeeping management in inventory control by tracking supplies and equipment usage.

Requirements

Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles; hotel experience or hospitality background is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and janitorial equipment operation. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting heavy objects, and moving furniture or supplies as needed. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and respond courteously to guest requests. Familiarity with industrial cleaning tools or equipment is a plus; previous housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not required.
