We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment efficiently to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed effectively. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with company policies and procedures. Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed to maintain overall facility cleanliness. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries regarding housekeeping services.

Requirements

Bilingual Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred, particularly in hospitality or hotel settings. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage time effectively while completing tasks. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and colleagues. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
