Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a high standard of cleanliness. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces regularly. Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and applying appropriate floor care techniques to preserve their appearance and safety. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, linens, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests and staff. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a hygienic environment while adhering to health regulations. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely repairs and uphold safety standards. Support the management team with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to maintain overall facility excellence.

Qualifications

Prior experience in cleaning or custodial roles is highly desirable; hotel experience or background in hospitality is a strong plus. Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning techniques, including floor care methods such as polishing and stripping floors. Familiarity with janitorial equipment and supplies used in industrial or commercial cleaning environments. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within scheduled shifts. Ability to follow safety guidelines diligently while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
