Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to uphold our high standards of hospitality. Perform thorough cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage floor care by ensuring all flooring types are well-maintained and presentable. Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to follow established cleaning protocols and procedures. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies or services, enhancing their stay experience. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are clean and fresh for guest use. Uphold janitorial standards by using appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.

Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles, preferably within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays as needed. A positive attitude with a passion for providing outstanding service.
