Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas to maintain availability for guests. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established safety protocols and procedures during all cleaning tasks. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles is preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleaning standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service are essential for success in this role.
