Consistent Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm (occasional Saturdays)

Weekly Earnings:

$1,100-$1,500 on average

What You'll Do

Lead small cleaning teams and ensure exceptional service quality Train, support, and motivate team members to follow company standards Perform quality checks and communicate updates to supervisors Maintain excellent client communication and represent our brand professionally Manage time and route efficiency for daily jobs

We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of residential housecleaning experience

At least 1 year of leadership experience

(in any job or industry) Reliable, positive, and organized team player Valid driver's license, reliable car & insurance Able to lift 20 lbs and handle a physically active workday Must pass a criminal background check Authorized to work in the U.S. Available Monday-Friday (and occasional Saturdays)
