Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of service for our clients. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are paramount. Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas Use various cleaning tools and products to ensure surfaces are sanitized and spotless Handle floor care tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning Manage laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain high standards of sanitation in all areas, adhering to safety guidelines Assist with light cooking or meal preparation if required by clients Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction Follow established cleaning protocols and checklists to guarantee consistency and quality Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning

Requirements

Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or related fields such as hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning Knowledge of floor care techniques, sanitation standards, and carpet cleaning methods Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to handle various cleaning equipment and products safely Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Reliable transportation to travel between client locations if necessary Previous experience with laundry services or custodial work is a plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
