Position Overview

The ideal candidate has

1-2 years of residential cleaning experience

and understands the differences between

standard cleanings, deep cleanings, and move-out cleanings

. We are also open to candidates who are newer to the industry, provided they demonstrate strong communication skills, reliability, and a solid work ethic.

Pay & Benefits

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Job Types

Responsibilities

Perform thorough residential cleaning, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness using proper supplies and techniques Clean and care for floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning as needed Dust, sanitize, and polish all surfaces to meet client expectations Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens when required Remove trash and restock cleaning supplies as needed Communicate professionally with clients and address special requests or concerns Follow company SOPs, safety protocols, and proper handling of cleaning chemicals

Required Skills & Qualifications

Residential, janitorial, hotel, or commercial cleaning experience preferred Strong attention to detail and efficiency Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Reliable transportation

Required Equipment

Cleaners must provide their own equipment and cleaning supplies, including but not limited to:

Mop and vacuum Broom and duster Towels and cleaning rags Cleaning solutions for various surfaces (hardwood, tile, etc.)
