Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated rooms.
Execute detailed floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
Handle laundry duties by washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently.
Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, and ensuring all areas meet health regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction with every visit.
Manage cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper storage and usage of cleaning agents and equipment.
Assist with light cooking or meal preparation if required by clients to enhance their comfort and convenience.
Uphold safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or damage to property.
Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and sharing best practices for efficient cleaning routines.
Qualifications
Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services; hotel housekeeping experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and custodial procedures.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching comfortably.
Familiarity with laundry processes and equipment is preferred.
Experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeper management is advantageous.
Basic cooking skills are desirable but not mandatory; willingness to learn is appreciated.
