independent cleaners
(1099) to complete cleaning jobs for real estate listings. This is
not an employment position
. We provide
pre-scoped, flat-rate cleaning jobs
so you don't have to find clients, manage scheduling, or communicate with agents.
You stay independent, accept only the jobs you want, and get clear expectations and fast payment.
Responsibilities
Clean vacant or lightly occupied properties
Follow property-specific checklists
Take required completion photos
Report issues (do not attempt repairs)
Requirements
Independent cleaner (solo or small team)
Own supplies and transportation
Attention to detail and reliability
General liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
W-9 required for payment
Pay
Flat-rate per job
Paid promptly after completion
Important
1099 subcontractor role
You keep your own business and clients
