Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential properties, ensuring a welcoming and healthy environment for our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and an ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, polishing, and maintaining various floor types. Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions. Conduct carpet cleaning and deep cleaning tasks as required. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly. Follow safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to promote a healthy living environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.

Skills

Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles; hotel experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and products for effective sanitation. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with janitorial practices and housekeeping management principles. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results in every task performed.
