Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated rooms.
Execute detailed floor care tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained.
Handle sanitation duties by disinfecting high-touch surfaces, trash removal, and ensuring overall hygiene standards are met.
Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and functioning.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their specific cleaning needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to guarantee a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Assist with special cleaning projects such as deep cleans or move-in/move-out services as needed.
Uphold high standards of cleanliness while managing time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled appointments.
Experience
Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred; experience in residential or hotel housekeeping highly desirable.
Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
Experience with carpet cleaning tools and methods enhances your versatility in this role.
Background in hospitality or housekeeper management can provide valuable insights into customer service excellence.
