We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that residential and commercial spaces are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently while managing time effectively. Experience in housekeeping management or hotel cleaning is a plus.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of residential properties
Maintain cleanliness in all areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, entry ways, etc .
Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
Previous experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning is required.
Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing additional care.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and time management skills are essential.
Must be comfortable working 1099 position and being self insured
Must have reliable transportation and own cleaning products
