Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail, ensuring that both residential and commercial spaces are maintained to the highest standards. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while performing various cleaning tasks.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, waxing, and polishing to maintain the appearance of floors. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, ensuring all areas are clean and organized. Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment to remove stains and maintain freshness. Launder linens and other fabrics as required, ensuring they are clean and presentable. Provide custodial services in shared spaces, maintaining cleanliness in bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Deliver excellent customer service by responding to client requests promptly and professionally. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require extra care. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds. Reliable transportation is preferred for commuting between job sites.
