The Role:

As a Turning Point Supervisor, you'll play a key role in shaping the team culture, supporting daily operations, and ensuring exceptional guest service. You'll work closely with your GM and District Manager while gaining the skills needed to grow into higher leadership roles.

Responsibilities include:

Leading and motivating your team Hiring and developing "eggceptional" team members Creating a positive, fun, and rewarding work environment Ensuring an outstanding guest experience every day

What We're Looking For:

Leadership potential (restaurant experience helpful, but not required) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Team-first attitude with a passion for hospitality Desire to grow, develop others, and make a difference
