What You'll Do

As an

Hourly

Cafe Manager

, you'll lead a team that delivers exceptional guest experiences while driving results. You'll be responsible for:

Coaching, training, and developing team members Creating a welcoming, safe, and clean environment Managing daily operations and ensuring food safety compliance Driving sales and controlling labor and food costs Recruiting and scheduling team members Supporting the General Manager and preparing for future leadership roles

What We're Looking For

1+ year of restaurant management experience (fast-casual preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills A positive, team-oriented attitude Reliable work history Ability to multitask and make quick decisions

Over three decades since our founding, we continue to celebrate the integrity of French cuisine, using fresh ingredients and recipes that have been passed from one generation to the next.

Our History

1976

Louis le Duff opens Brioche Doree his first bakery concept in Brest, a city in Brittany in northwestern France.

1983

The first la Madeleine location opens in the heart of Dallas, TX on Mockingbird lane across from Southern Methodist University.

Today

There are now over 80 la Madeleine locations, each with their own individual charm. With every generation, we pass on our tradition of recipes and the authentic French experience.
