We are seeking a dedicated and professional Hotel Night Full-Time staff member to join our hospitality team in Holiday Inn Express Tempe. This role is essential in ensuring guest satisfaction during nighttime hours, maintaining smooth hotel operations, and providing exceptional guest services. Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures during night hours Manage the front desk operations, including handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Conduct night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial records and reporting Address guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain security protocols by monitoring the premises and ensuring guest safety throughout the night Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest records and managing reservations Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and facilities meet quality standards Uphold hotel policies, phone etiquette, and hospitality standards at all times

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or hotel guest services is preferred Bilingual or multilingual skills (e.g., English and Spanish) are highly desirable to better serve our diverse guests Familiarity with night audit procedures, multi-line phone systems, and hotel management software is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving abilities Experience working in a resort or similar hospitality environment is a plus Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
