Job Title: Night Auditor

The Stamford Hotel is seeking a Night Auditor. You will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations, providing top-notch customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct night audit procedures to verify and balance entries, records, and transactions for accuracy and completeness
- Greet guests upon arrival during late hours and assist with check-ins and check-outs
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Manage front desk duties including reservations, room assignments, and billing processes
- Ensure security by monitoring surveillance cameras and performing regular property walks
- Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations for management review
- Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs effectively

Experience:
- Previous experience in a resort or hotel setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices and guest relations
- Proficiency in front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling inquiries efficiently

Must be willing to join the Local 217 union.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.40 per hour
