Responsibilities

Perform nightly audit procedures to ensure accurate financial records and account balances Check guests in and out efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy Maintain accurate records of all transactions using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and other key metrics for management review Ensure the security of guest information and hotel property during overnight hours Assist with late-night reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards and hospitality regulations Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues or guest needs

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in night audit or front desk roles Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency with multi-line phone systems Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is preferred Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to accurately complete audits and reports Hospitality management background with experience in resort or hotel environments is advantageous
