Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations. Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls professionally. Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately. Address any guest complaints or issues promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience.

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel or resort setting. Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest requests. A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution in guest interactions.
