We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Night Auditor to join our team at our prestigious resort at Crowne Plaza Fort Lauderdale Airport Cruise Port Hotel. This role is essential for ensuring smooth overnight operations, accurate financial reporting, and exceptional guest experiences during nighttime hours. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the capacity to handle guest relations with professionalism and courtesy. Bilingual skills and hotel management experience are highly valued to enhance guest interactions and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Conduct nightly audits of hotel transactions, including billing, reservations, and payments to ensure accuracy and completeness Prepare and review financial reports, reconcile accounts, and document discrepancies for management review Assist guests with late check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries in a courteous manner Handle guest requests, complaints, and provide exceptional guest services to promote satisfaction and loyalty Maintain front desk operations during overnight hours, including multi-line phone system management and phone etiquette Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff by monitoring premises during night hours Update reservation systems and manage guest accounts efficiently Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues or special requests

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in night audit or front desk roles Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest services excellence Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of hospitality standards, resort operations, and guest experience enhancement strategies
