We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Night Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and that guests receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have a background in hospitality management, with the ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in billing. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs. Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly. Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and reservations. Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy. Assist in resolving guest complaints and ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Prepare reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and other key metrics for management review.

Requirements

Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Proficiency in night audit procedures and hotel operations. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with front desk duties and multi-line phone systems. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in resort settings is beneficial but not mandatory.
