We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk responsibilities. This position requires a blend of hospitality management skills and attention to detail, making it ideal for individuals passionate about guest relations and hotel operations.

Responsibilities

Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries during night shifts. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and resolving any issues that may arise including valet parking Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare reports for management review. Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, ensuring timely responses to guest calls and requests. Assist guests with their inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for guests throughout their stay.

Skills

Strong background in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred. Proficiency in night audit procedures and financial reporting is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Drivers License Familiarity with front desk operations and experience in a hotel or resort setting is advantageous. Strong phone etiquette and ability to manage multi-line phone systems effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail in all tasks.
