Duties

Conduct nightly audits by reviewing daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and account balances. Prepare detailed reports on daily revenue, occupancy, and other operational metrics for management review. Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, providing personalized service to enhance their stay. Monitor security systems such as CCTV cameras and conduct routine inspections of public areas to ensure safety and security. Respond swiftly to emergency situations or guest concerns, coordinating with relevant departments as needed. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to hotel policies and procedures. Ensure all front desk equipment, multi-line phone systems, and reservation software are functioning correctly for smooth operations.

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a focus on night audit or front desk functions. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly, professional manner. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle inquiries confidently over the phone and in person. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attentiveness. Familiarity with guest relations practices and hotel safety protocols is preferred. Previous experience in resort settings or large hotels is advantageous for understanding complex operations.
