Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Laundry Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all hotel linens, towels, and guest clothing are cleaned, pressed, and maintained to the highest standards. This role is essential in providing guests with a clean and comfortable environment, contributing to the overall guest experience. Prior hotel experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.

Duties

Operate laundry equipment such as washers and dryers efficiently and safely Sort, fold, and organize linens, towels, and guest clothing according to hotel standards Perform cleaning tasks in laundry areas to maintain a safe and sanitary environment Handle special cleaning requests including dry cleaning when necessary Ensure timely processing of laundry to meet hotel occupancy demands Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing Follow all safety protocols and procedures related to laundry operations

Experience

Previous experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required Knowledge of laundry processes including washing, drying, folding, and pressing linens and garments Familiarity with dry cleaning techniques is a plus Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Prior hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
