Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeper to join our team at Baymont Inn and Suites. This role is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and common areas, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering outstanding hospitality.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and towels as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Assist with laundry duties as required, ensuring all linens are clean and well-maintained. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills for effective interaction with guests and staff. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving heavy items.
