We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our esteemed hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for exceptional customer service, and a comprehensive understanding of hotel management practices. As the Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and driving revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities



Lead and manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services. Develop and implement effective budgeting strategies to maximize profitability and control costs. Oversee revenue management processes to optimize room rates and occupancy levels. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests. Supervise staff performance, providing training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities. Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the hotel's services and special events effectively. Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure quality standards are met. Manage night audit processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Experience



Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry. Strong background in budgeting, revenue management, and financial analysis. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Bilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse clientele. Familiarity with night audit procedures is preferred. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively. Experience in resort management is an advantage but not mandatory.
