We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests during their stay, particularly during the night shift. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay. Manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts. Conduct night audits to verify all financial transactions from the day, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible. Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed. Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance guest experience. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or hospitality management is preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus; training will be provided as necessary. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest relations. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in night auditing or front desk operations is advantageous but not required. A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding service in a resort or hotel setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
