The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and must be personable and detailed orientated. Job Requirements: Prior experience preferred. Candidate must be able to work full-time. shifts 7AM-3PM and 3PM-11PM on weekdays, weekends and holidays, Must have reliable transportation, a clean BCI, be responsible, friendly, and able to work alone or as part of a team. Duties include but are not limited to excellent customer service skills, check-in and check-out of guests, and responding to guest requests, issues and needs with a positive attitude and a smile. Responsible for booking guest reservations, handling payments, paper work and reports and promotion of IHG Rewards program. Must follow all company policies and procedures with the highest degree of ethics and ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Must maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Must have excellent phone etiquette and speak with guests and co-workers with clear and professional language, and prepare and review written documents accurately and completely. Must develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Must be able to stand for an entire 8 hour shift. Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull or place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Must perform other job duties as assigned by management.
