What you'll do

Routine Maintenance

: Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on hotel facilities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances. This ensures that everything operates smoothly and safely.

Repairs

: Address and repair issues such as broken fixtures, leaks, and malfunctioning equipment promptly to minimize downtime and maintain guest satisfaction.

Guest Interaction

: Respond to guest repair requests and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer service. This includes communicating effectively with guests and addressing their concerns in a timely manner.

Safety Compliance

: Ensure that the hotel complies with health and safety standards by performing routine checks and maintaining records of maintenance activities.

Collaboration

: Work closely with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and respond to urgent requests, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Outdoor Maintenance

: Maintain outdoor areas, including landscaping, walkways, and parking lots, which may involve snow removal, gardening, and fixing outdoor lighting.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
