The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for setting up the buffet, ensuring cleanliness, and well stocked menu items. Must be friendly, outgoing, attentive and provide an exceptional meal experience for guests. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies and procedures.
Set up the Breakfast Buffet before mealtime and disassemble it afterwards.
Must ensure cleanliness and follow guidelines.
Ensure that the buffet is well stocked.
Have a basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation.
Must be courteous, demonstrate a positive attitude and be attentive to guests needs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Monitor inventory and maintain established levels.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of food and safety guidelines.
Must have food handlers' card or ability to obtain one.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
