We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hot Tub Technician and Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and have experience in equipment repair and maintenance. This role involves servicing hot tubs, ensuring they are functioning properly, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Sales willing to learn and possess customer service skills Perform regular maintenance and repairs on hot tubs, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical components. Conduct thorough inspections to identify any issues or necessary repairs. Clean and maintain hot tub systems, ensuring optimal performance and hygiene standards. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs and maintenance tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and educating them on proper hot tub care. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each job. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Experience

Sales experience preferred but willing to train. Proven mechanical knowledge with a strong understanding of equipment repair techniques. Experience in pool maintenance and cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Previous experience as a service technician is highly desirable. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in maintenance tasks. Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide practical solutions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
