Server (Ramen Restaurant)

Job Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service Introduce menu items, ramen varieties, and side dishes; explain ingredients when needed Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen Serve ramen and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation Check on guests during their meal and respond to requests in a timely manner Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area Handle basic cashier duties when required Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant standards Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:

Positive attitude and strong customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required Ability to stand for long periods and carry light items Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
Host / Hostess (Ramen Restaurant)

Job Responsibilities:

Welcome guests at the entrance and create a positive first impression Manage waiting lists and organize seating efficiently Escort guests to their tables and provide menus Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and inquiries Communicate with servers and management to ensure smooth table turnover Keep the front entrance and waiting area clean and organized Assist guests with special requests when appropriate
Qualifications:

Friendly, polite, and professional demeanor Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to remain calm during busy service hours Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred Interest in Japanese food culture is a plus
Restaurant Manager (Japanese Ramen Restaurant)

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth front- and back-of-house workflow Supervise, train, and schedule staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen team members Ensure high standards of customer service and Japanese hospitality (Omotenashi) Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency Handle customer feedback, concerns, and complaints professionally Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Assist with cashiering, opening and closing procedures when needed Support and motivate the team to achieve operational and service goals
Qualifications:

Previous restaurant management experience preferred (Japanese restaurant experience is a plus) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and during peak hours Knowledge of restaurant operations, labor control, and cost management Professional attitude with a strong sense of responsibility Passion for Japanese cuisine and service culture
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
