Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Host/Server to join our team in providing exceptional hospitality services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming and seating guests, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers.

Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Provide menu recommendations and answer inquiries about menu items
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting
- Proficiency in POS systems and phone etiquette
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on excellent customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Knowledge of food service and hospitality industry standards
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
