Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Host/Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and will play a crucial role in ensuring that every dining experience is memorable. As a Host/Server, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, and delivering food with a smile, all while maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance the guest experience. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. Assist guests with any inquiries or requests to ensure their satisfaction throughout their visit. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any issues that may arise. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about the restaurant's offerings and making reservations as needed.

Skills

Strong phone etiquette to handle guest inquiries effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members seamlessly. Previous experience in guest services or food service within a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not required. A genuine desire to help others and create a welcoming environment for all guests. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a hospitality setting.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $8.00 per hour
