Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Host/Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to customer service. As a Host/Server, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Operate the POS system for order processing and payment transactions. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Assist in training new staff members on restaurant procedures and guest service standards.

Skills

Previous host/host or server experience is preferred. Strong background in food service and hospitality environments. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Experience in hotel settings or guest services is advantageous. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong phone etiquette for handling reservations or inquiries effectively. Pay: $5.62 - $14.00 per hour
