Overview

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Your hospitality skills will shine as you manage reservations, greet guests, and assist with seating arrangements in our restaurant.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with a friendly introduction to our restaurant. Manage the seating chart and ensure efficient flow of guests to tables. Assist with reservations and maintain an organized waitlist during busy periods. Provide excellent guest relations by answering questions and addressing concerns promptly. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service. Utilize Aloha POS system for managing guest information and seating arrangements. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, ensuring all guests feel valued and appreciated.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. A passion for hospitality and helping others create memorable experiences.
