BAUS BARBER is looking to fill a position that requires utmost hospitality and energy. We are a busy barbershop and cocktail lounge in Downtown Rochester that turns into a cocktail lounge in the evenings. We have very busy weekends with a DJ and high volume of people. We are looking to add someone part time to the BAUS crew! Friday and Saturday evenings Part time, 12-15 hours/weel Responsibilities for Host/Hostess
Greet guests with a smile and determine the number in their party
Seat guests by finding a clean, available table; pulling out chairs; placing clean/current menu in front of guest, etc
Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well being of guests
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional Be quick to respond to customers with questions they may have
Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
