Some things a Host does:

Greeting and seating guests Organizing waiting list and assigning pagers to guests Giving quote times & monitoring dining rooms/table status Maintaining courteous and efficient operation of dining rooms Point-Of-Sale computer operations Assisting in other tasks as needed
