Currently has an opening for an experienced Host/Hostess. This position receives tips.

Lumberjacks Restaurant, "Where the Big Boys Eat", is a high volume, full-service casual family diner serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. We are looking for a Host/Hostess who can greet and provide guests with excellent and welcoming service.

We are passionate about our guests and the continued development of our team. Positions are part time working morning & evening shifts at the Lumberjacks Restaurant.

Primary duties and responsibilities include:
1. Able to promote a welcoming environment for every guest.
2. All guests must be treated in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strive to exceed our guest's expectations.
3. Able to interact with guests in a friendly and fast manner
4. Warmly greet guests at entrance, and direct to a table.
5. Maintain specific side-work and ensure total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant. Responsible for clearing and resetting tables.
6. Follow management's instructions and suggestions

Requirements:

Great personality that likes working with the public Strong work ethic and full commitment to guest satisfaction 100% commitment to teamwork approach Valid Food Handler Safety Card issued by SNHD Excellent communication skills (verbally interacts with management, cooks, and guests) Full availability on weekends and bank holidays
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
