Mimosas Southern Kitchen & Bar is a new Restaurant in Myrtle Beach, SC serving delicious chef-inspired Breakfast and Lunch in a uniquely designed building with large and natural outdoor spaces. We'll also be specializing in drink service and will feature a full service bar. In addition to alcoholic beverages we will serve freshly squeezed juices and smoothies made form scratch. Mimosas is currently under construction and plans to open very soon in late May or Early June of 2023. We can't wait to serve the grand strand area!

The owners have been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years and understand the importance of creating a team of people that love where they work, are paid and treated well, and are interested in the long-term success of the business. We currently plan to be open from 7am to 3pm and will likely run a staggered 8 hour shift.

Pay starts at $12/hr plus tips but is negotiable based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Greeting customers as they walk into the restaurant. Use warm, kind and welcoming language.Ensure guests have a positive experience as soon as they enter the restaurant. Helping guests with reservations and guiding them to their table Giving guests accurate wait time estimates and seating them in the waiting area Providing customers with menus, silverware and answering any initial questions they may have Track seating queues and be conscientious of ensuring customers are seated in a timely manner and in the correct order. Optimizing seating at different tables to ensure even workload for wait staff Answering phones and scheduling reservations with large parties Assist and accommodate customers with special seating needs such as booster seats, wheel chairs, high chairs etc.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
